I can not control how long they take to deliver an item. Once again I can not control this situation. They have not changed this amount in 2 years even though there has been postal increases each year since they changed this. Boxes, tape, printer ink, peanuts, bubble mailers and bubble wrap are not free! Trust me, I hate sending those out as much as you do receiving them, but because of a few rude individuals not paying, I have to incorporate this rule. Thank you for understanding. Be sure to ask for new invoice for Priority upgrade. If you pay without myself sending the combined invoice, I will not issue a credit. A claim will need to be filed with the carrier. Please contact me for filing information. In the event you receive a defective item, please contact me immediately. We will work together to resolve the issue. There are unforeseen events that I can’t control such as the Post Office delivering to an incorrect address or losing an item or damaging a box.
