My favorite fabrics are Cranston and Kaufman or Moda, so it has to have that feel or weight to it for me to call it “QQ”. Other fabrics may be suitable for quilting, but not necessarily the original intended use. Remains factory folded or uncut. Fragile: A vintage pattern from the 40s -60s may have the word fragile in the description. If it does, it means that the item may have sensitive dart marks or because of its age or pervious bad storage needs a bit of taping or has already been taped by previous seamstress not much, but some smallish salvageable issue. Pattern means: pattern, template, paper…… Sew yourself or hire a seamstress. I wish this didn’t need spelling out here, but once a month there is someone who is upset they didn’t receive a fully made gown or some such thing. I will delay invoice.
