C A Wells Eclectic Collection Sampler Cottage Etui Kit Hard to Find, Rare

This is a kit from C A Wells called Sampler Cottage Etui. You can see from the picture that it includes a darling little cottage, scissor fob and thimble holder case when finished. The instructions for stitching and completing this piece are here. The instructions are signed by CA Wells herself. There is enough 30 ct. Linen to complete the piece, silk fabric for lining, Gloriana silk and 9 colors of Needlepoint Inc silk along with DMC perle cotton #12, fusible interfacing, batt, Skirtex, buttons and a silk ribbon. All items are shown in the picture. Cording has already been complete for the removable roof! The stitcher has decided that she will not be stitching this piece so you can have a clever sewing kit (etui) for yourself! She had taken about 40 stitches in the linen in perle cotton but you can rip them out or continue. This was a class given in the year 2000 and is no longer available.
