Bucilla “Puppy’s Christmas” Felt Christmas Stocking Kit 2002 Extremely RareCompletely Sterilized Factory Sealed Mint Condition. All kits are germ-free. “Puppy’s Christmas” is absolutely adorable and precious for any puppy or dog lover. This is an authentic Bucilla kit and is probably the one of the most popular puppy/dog kits that Bucilla has ever produced. It is for that reason that it is almost extinct and so expensive. I have made 2 of these kits and they are fast to make and precious. Although it is one of the easier kits to complete, it is one of the cutest ones. The sleeping puppy, with his dog house decorated with the Christmas lights and gifts all around, has fallen asleep. Notice the bone as the dog tag as well as the bone at the toe of the stocking kit. There is room at the top for personalization. The stocking kit was designed by Maria Stanziani and produced by Bucilla in 2002. Don’t miss this precious kit. This kit is unopened kit and it mint condition. There are no tears, holes or even shelf life wear. It is as good as the day it was produced and is still factory sealed. It contains everything you need to complete your stocking including: stamped felts, cotton floss, color separated sequins and beads, 2 needles, tri-lingual instructions and directions for personalization. The only item not included with your kit is the polyester filling or a filling of your choice. Since this kit was bought on the secondary market, it has been sterilized and guaranteed germ-free. It is for this reason that my kit cost is slightly higher but definitely worth it. It is sterilized in the same manner that surgical instruments are sterilized. You can be sure that you will not be receiving anything but a perfect kit from me. I do carry the matching Advent Calendar if you are interested. Bucilla’s Discontinued Rare “3-D Santa” Felt Christmas Centerpiece Kit Brand New. All kits are germ-free. The “3-D Santa” is a traditional Santa standing on a Christmas rug. His bag is filled with Christmas goodies from candy to a doll, teddy bear and candy canes. He is holding a filled stocking with a candy cane hanging out. Items are listed in’found’ condition. Sometimes this means a piece of fabric may have been laundered previously to take sizing out which means it will be softened and ready for pressing before you cut it on your end, or they are pieces someone never got to and still have sizing in them. I do not launder items, so if its a vintage item from an estate or old forgotten stash, it may have a scent like closet storage this is normal for vintage items. The new studio is over 800 sq. Feet, so if you are looking for something specific send me a note and I will give the inventory a hunt. Only about 20% of the inventory is actually listed in the store. I may have what your looking for. Vintage patterns may have worn or fragile package edges from improper storage in its previous home. They may have old price tags or stickers from a life of homelessness in a clearance bin or estate sale closet. Stickers are removed here, but sometimes sticky residue remains. If a vintage pattern has been cut and used, it will be noted as cut and complete as each of them is hand checked and written on the instructions sheet to verify contents before photos are taken. This is an endless chore of appreciation, adoration and respect for the style or era of a pattern and does not necessarily lower the price of an item just because it has been cut. Checking cut patterns for completeness is a monster chore. Each cut pattern will have an inspection number #32 written on the back to verify that it has been hand counted and checked. Quilt Quality: When there is not a maker mark on a fabric I have to make a decision on description and use “Quilt Quality Cotton” as a way of indicating that it is something I would use on one of my quilts. My favorite fabrics are Cranston and Kaufman or Moda, so it has to have that feel or weight to it for me to call it “QQ”. Other fabrics may be suitable for quilting, but not necessarily the original intended use. Remains factory folded or uncut. Fragile: A vintage pattern from the 40s -60s may have the word fragile in the description. If it does, it means that the item may have sensitive dart marks or because of its age or pervious bad storage needs a bit of taping or has already been taped by previous seamstress not much, but some smallish salvageable issue. Pattern means: pattern, template, paper…… Sew yourself or hire a seamstress. I wish this didn’t need spelling out here, but once a month there is someone who is upset they didn’t receive a fully made gown or some such thing. I will delay invoice. When completed this gorgeous, fully sterilized tree skirt is 43 in diameter. This kit was still partially factory sealed and in mint condition. I have placed a long piece of tape across the flap because some of these older kits tend to come open in transit. As they age the sealing glue dries up and they may come open. This kit contains stamped felts, cotton floss, color separated sequins and beads, interfacing, needles, tri-lingual instructions and directions. Everything you need to complete the stocking are in the kit except for the polyester filling or the filling of your choice. I also carry the stocking and ornaments that match this tree skirt. With this tree skirt, you might consider a string or two of the clear LED lights to accept the needlework in the front and make the snow sparkle. I do carry in the clear cool or the clear warm but would recommend the cool, clear lights with this tree skirt. These lights are brighter than the older Bucilla lights, they are more power efficient and cool on the fabric. They are very sturdy and not easily broken. They will definitely enhance your decoration since it is so convenient to turn them off or on. You can add the lights to this or any of your kits. It really brightens up your display. If you attach a small pocket to the top of the tree skirt or even place the battery pack near the edge of the rim to make it easily accessible for turning them off or on. Even if you use 2 or 3 strings, the process is the same. They are simple to install and easy to remove without showing the tiny hole or pinpoint slit that you make when you insert the tiny little bulbs. You can adjust the lights to twinkle or to stay on constantly. The difference in the tree skirt is unbelievable and so easy to do. The lights are very durable and last a long time. Even when you change out the batteries, they are easily accessible. I need to know the number of lights and the color you select. The clear warm lights have a golden glow and the cool clear lights have a brighter. The lights that are shown are not included in the price of the kit. This is strictly for your viewing to see the difference in the lights in case you are interested. In the past, Bucilla produced several lighted kits from stockings to home decor such as Christmas trees and Santa’s cars and trucks. These kits today are extremely expensive and don’t even have the bright LED lights. The lights are really making a difference in the items. The new LED Fairy lights do not light as well as the regular bulbs. This is a kit to make a tree skirt and not a finished item. Since this kit was bought on the secondary market, it has been sterilized and guaranteed germ-free. It is for this reason that my kit cost is slightly higher but definitely worth it. One on the dark blue background in 1991, one the dark green felt that was produced much earlier and the rare red tree skirt. Everything inside this kit is in mint condition. All of the characters and animals, as well as the manger with the “Holy Family” show great detail and bright colors against this green background. The scene completely encircles the entire tree skirt. It is a perfect Nativity tree/table cover kit for any tree or table. It would be perfect table cover for displaying a Nativity scene, too.
