All items are germ-free. “Holly Days” is similiar to the Holly Hobbie Felt Christmas stocking kit. Both kits have been discontinued for quite a while. This is the perfect stocking for any girl or lady. It has a patchwork style with an adorable little girl dressed in her long old-fashioned style Christmas dress. It is well designed and reminiscent of the Holly Hobbie or a Dickens or Rockwell girl. This kit was produced by Bucilla/Plaid in cooperation with American Greetings in 2009. It was manufactured completely in the USA before the outsourcing of kits. This is an original. It would be great for any girl or lady in your life since it is a “timeless” design like Bucilla’s “Hollie Hobbie” that uses the “little Dutch girl” theme. In case of loss or damage, please contact me and I will file all claims. I wrap all of my kits in white tissue and label them so that there is no chance of the kit opening during transit and losing a bead or sequin. It preserves the cleanliness of the kit as well. Bucilla’s Discontinued “Holly Hobbie” Felt Christmas Stocking Kit-18 Rare Factory Direct Never been on secondary market. Now is a great time to get started on your Christmas Stockings for next year or gifts throughout the year. “Holly Hobbie” is one the prettiest kits that Bucilla has ever produced for any girl. It is well displayed with numerous poinsettias as well as framing the little Holly Hobbie in an oval frame on the stocking. On the dark green toe it reads, “All Hearts are Young at Christmas”. This design gives the appearance of a very elegant piecework quilt with the different strips of fabric for bows and decorations and well as her adorable dress. You have to see the completed stocking to appreciate it. As you may know, Bucilla has introduced Holly Hobbie under several different names in different years. For 2009, it is “Holly Days”, for some of the earlier editions were “Holly Berry” and others. This is another one of the Holly Hobbie version stockings that Bucilla has produced in cooperation with American Greetings. This is the most expensive of the any of the new kits and the best designs. It is precious when completed. The completed stocking far exceeds any of the Holly Hobbie series that Bucilla has produced. If you like Holly Hobbie, you will love this one. It is perfect for any little girl. This stocking would be perfect for even a mother or grandmother since it is using the patchwork design and the theme of the little Dutch girl. I have personally made this stocking and still have it and it is one of the prettiest, daintiest stockings I have ever made. Since it is a “timeless” design, it would be perfect for any girl or lady. It is truly a classy design. This has not been on the secondary market so I can honestly say it came from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free environment. This is one of Bucilla’s kits and not produced by Plaid. The felts are much higher quality and are thicker and can be washed without bleeding. There are care instructions included in the kit. In case of loss or damage, please contact me and I will file all claims. I wrap all of my kits in white tissue and label them so that there is no chance of the kit opening during transit and losing a bead or sequin. It preserves the cleanliness of the kit as well. Since vintage kits go through so many hands, it is for this reason that my kits cost a little more because they are completely sterilized using the procedure that is used in a surgical procedure. I don’t just wipe down the outside of a package with a germicide. I sterilize completely throughout the kit. There is a grommet hole, a hole which is used for displaying the kit, ornament, etc. Germs and bacteria can go through the grommet hole on any kit. It is worth it to make sure your kit is germ-free. I will never sell you an incomplete or dirty kit. If I receive a kit that has a torn, dirty or in an extremely worn plastic package, I will replace it with a new bag and professionally heat seal it.
