Top packaging area is torn along the seal but the package IS sealed and likely tore from age or being hung up from the hanger hole area, sealed kit! See photos for all the details of the kit. Items may have some sticker residue on the outside from price tag removal. Both services are comparable but can be a great difference in pricing from one side of the country to the other.
